Mostra a Pasta - Opening the Industry from the Inside Out
1/ Strategic Insight The creative industry in Brazil felt distant and opaque — especially for emerging talent. The idea was simple: open the door from the inside. By making creative processes public, celebrating vulnerability, and sharing the “how” behind the “wow,” we could spark something bigger than individual careers: collective confidence. 2/ Audience Definition We focused on young professionals, recent grads, and those navigating their first roles in creativity — often without mentorship, references, or a sense of belonging. It was a space for those who didn’t see themselves reflected in the traditional industry landscape. 3/ Creative Direction I led the storytelling and experience design of the platform, translating honest conversations into engaging formats. From visual identity to social tone, we balanced transparency with inspiration — never over-polished, always real. It was about building something that felt both aspirational and accessible. 4/ Full Rollout We created a full platform: Weekly live sessions with leading creatives Content strategy across social + editorial Video series and open archive of real portfolios Community events and talks Launch of special projects and open calls All crafted to lower the barrier between talent and opportunity. 5/ Launch Impact Mostra a Pasta became a reference for young creatives in Brazil. It created ripple effects across the industry — sparking new hires, new networks, and new narratives. For me, it shaped the kind of creative I want to be: open, grounded, and willing to build what’s missing.
